ROCOL NEW ULTRACUT EVO

 

 

The ULTRACUT EVO range consists of initially 4 products which will replace the 4

Existing ULTRACUT equivalents.  In the case of ULTRACUT 255 the forumaltion is

Unchanged as this already meets the requirements of the EVO range.  The other 3 products use a new

Blend of components with reduced hazards and require no hazard labeling.  The safety data sheets for

All EVO products will show they are classified as non-hazardous products and the containers will no longer carry the orange "IRRITANT" cross or the associated risk phrases.  In addition they contain no biocides and no skin sensitising agents.

 

NEW ULTRACUT® EVO 280

Long life, operator friendly, high performance soluble oil cutting fluid for aluminium

• Compatible with all grades of aluminium alloys

NEW ULTRACUT® EVO 260

Long life, operator friendly, high performance EP soluble oil cutting fluid

• Formulated to provide superior performance in severe cutting operations
• Suitable for a wide range of ferrous and non ferrous metals
  including stainless steel, nickel alloys, titanium and nimonics
• No hazard labelling
• No biocides
• No skin sensitisers
• Effective in a wide range of water conditions
• Contains EP additives - formulated to give superior performance and extend tool life
• Very economical dilutions, up to 40:1
